Skippy (Feral Duchess) won her C1 at Addington today. Not only did she win the main race she also won the 70 metre dash in her first race???? The traps opened late and the lure was stopped quickly but the dogs ran to the bend and then returned to the lure to have a nibble!
In the re run 10 minutes later Skippy shot out and led until off the last bend then came back to get on the line at a meagre $35.20. Owner and trainer have now been able to retire!!!!
Two wins in a day but only one cheque!!!!
