Greyhound kennels established on the West Coast of NZ. The kennel name comes from the delightful description Helen Clark used when talking about West Coasters in 2000. The open spaces and the beaches were a top place to rear pups up until racing age. Now Based close to Oxford Canterbury on 4 hectares. We now breed and train as well as rear pups. Dexter (Feral Steadfast) gets his maiden victory today at Addington. On his 15th start he has got his head in front which is pleasing to see. He is a honest chaser but a little one paced but a hound who enjoys his racing.
