Greyhound kennels established on the West Coast of NZ. The kennel name comes from the delightful description Helen Clark used when talking about West Coasters in 2000. The open spaces and the beaches were a top place to rear pups up until racing age. Now Based close to Oxford Canterbury on 4 hectares. We now breed and train as well as rear pups. Maggie, Ridgy and George beach fun
After this Maggie took off and the pups followed across the fields at the back of the dunes. Pups came running back when called but Maggie the awkward one took off into the flax and was corned by me but three fields away! Lesson learnt!
