Not alot to report on with Skippy. She is having a well earned break after a few quick runs. Seems to be enjoying it and is well in herself and growing up at Supreme Kennels.
Poor old Maggie had a little altercation with a Seal but after a nip from a big seal she had second thoughts about any more action to take and ran back and decided a stick was more fun!! She has also been to the vets and been fixed so anybody who was hoping to breed a Derby winner from her i am sorry it aint going to happen. She came out of the Op well and already after 3 days is back to her old self digging in the run and draging her bedding outside!
Litter brothers and sisters are starting to run and will be followed over the next few months with interest.
Greyhound kennels established on the West Coast of NZ. The kennel name comes from the delightful description Helen Clark used when talking about West Coasters in 2000. The open spaces and the beaches were a top place to rear pups up until racing age. Now Based close to Oxford Canterbury on 4 hectares. We now breed and train as well as rear pups.
